The Chrysler Pacifica makes two engines available, with one being a hybrid. The standard Pacifica is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine that makes 287 horsepower and pairs with a 9-speed automatic transmission. Those interested in the Pacifica Hybrid can look forward to a plug-in hybrid engine that makes 260 horsepower and features up to 32 miles of driving range.

Interior Features

Interior features are quite robust, with even the base Touring trim coming with some near-luxury offerings. The base Touring trim comes with tri-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, remote engine start, keyless entry, power-sliding side doors, and second-row bucket seats. The Touring L trim allows for some upgrades, notably faux leather upholstery, a driver's seat with memory settings, and second/third row sunshades. The Limited trim touts a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, a hands-free liftgate, and leather upholstery. The Pinnacle trim takes the top spot in the trim lineup, offering quilted premium leather upholstery, second-row captain's chairs, an onboard vacuum cleaner, power folding third row seats, and hands-free power-sliding side doors.

Technology

Regardless of the trim selected, drivers can expect all the modern essential tech features. Starting off with the Touring trim, the Chrysler Pacifica comes with a 10.1-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, a 6-speaker audio system, and USB ports. If you're interested in some additional tech, then the Touring L trim offers second-row USB ports while the Limited trim makes a host of more impressive upgrades. The Limited trim comes with a 13-speaker Alpine audio system, third-row USB ports, a wireless charging pad, and a navigation system. The Pinnacle trim offers some lavish tech offerings, including a 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, a 115-volt power outlet, and a surround-view camera system. If you're interested in adding some rear-seat entertainment potential, then there's an optional Uconnect Theater rear-seat entertainment system. This optional package adds dual 10.1-inch touchscreen displays, wireless headphones, a Blu-ray and DVD player, a FamCam camera system, and wireless content streaming functionality.

Safety

The Chrysler Pacifica covers its bases in terms of safety, offering a whole suite of standard driver assistance features.
